  • Wrestling for BJJ

    Specifically adapted for the needs and techniques of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Submission Grappling, the hand-fighting, distance management, takedowns, and transitions from wrestling will become a foundational piece of your jiu-jitsu both standing and on the ground.

  • Gi

    The traditional uniform; similar to, but lighter than a Judo Gi allows practitioners to grip their opponent using the fabric of the Gi. This aspect of the Gi allows for a different range of strategies with a strong emphasis on techniques that involve using the Gi to control or submit an opponent.

  • NoGi

    Practiced without the traditional uniform, and growing in popularity through events like ADCC NoGi is a faster-paced, more dynamic style of Jiu-Jitsu. You'll find a different range of permitted techniques, and a need for more precise grips, positioning, and leverage.

    Clothing must be free of zips, buttons, and pockets. If you do turn up with zips be prepared to rent some Gi pants for the session.

  • Judo for BJJ

    A Judo style specifically tailored to the needs and techniques used in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu; emphasizing the elements of Judo that are most relevant to ground fighting and submission grappling, such as throws, trips, and transitions to pins or submissions, all without sacrificing position.

  • Young Grapplers

    Teaching the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu using a safe, fun, and dynamic methodology using movement, games, group exercises, techniques, and live training to bring out the best in every child.

    Discipline, ownership, confidence, respect, and work ethic are a few of the essential qualities your child will develop through jiu-jitsu and primes them for a lifetime of success both on and off the mat.

  • Self Defense for Teenage Girls

    Specifically designed for young women to empower and educate them on how to protect themselves in potentially dangerous situations.

    With instruction by experienced and knowledgeable instructors who understand the unique concerns and experiences of women, the program will cover techniques, physical defense tactics, and situational awareness strategies in a supportive and safe environment.

    Whether you have prior experience or are new to self-defense, this class is designed to cater to all levels of ability and fitness and give you skills and confidence in all walks of life.

  • Mobility Through Strength

    Designed to improve functional movement patterns, increase joint range of motion, and enhance overall performance in all activities.

    These sessions will help you reduce the risk of injury, improve posture, enhance your body awareness, and increase your efficiency on the mat through a combination of strength, control, and stability across the entire range of each joint.

  • Open Mat

    A chance to develop your own technique, work on a specific sequence, or sit on the edge of the mat and solve the many things. Participants should possess a sound offensive and defensive game and a basic understanding of BJJ principles before live sparring and prepared to tap, and tap frequently.

  • Fundamentals

    Designed for new students, and is excellent for everyone regardless of their experience.

    This class features core techniques and theory that will be with you throughout your jiu-jitsu journey.
